A UNIQUE WAY TO CELEBRATE YOUR CHILD'S BIRTHDAY!
Birthday parties at Millbrook Marsh Nature Center combine good
old fashioned fun with learning in this wetland environment.
A fun, educational program will be held in the nature center
barn and in the wetland areas, including games, a nature walk,
and a take-home craft. The party hour, time for cake and opening
gifts, can be held in the barn where there is plenty of room
to play and move around. The setting is beautiful and unique
and sure to give your child a memorable birthday!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• FEE: $10 per child; minimum
fee of $100, limit 25 children. Parties
for over 25 children
require express permission
of the Director or the
Recreation Supervisor and
are based on staff and
facility availability.
• Birthday parties may be scheduled on Friday, Saturday
or Sunday during the months of April - October.
• Parties are appropriate for children ages 4 to 10 years
old.
• Payment is due when party is scheduled. No refund will
be given for parties cancelled less than two weeks from the party
date.
• Parents are responsible for set-up and clean-up. The
nature center should be left in good condition for the next group.
• Please be sure everyone dresses for the weather.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES INCLUDE:
• Barn Rental (3 hour total) includes:
- 30 minute set-up time & 30 minute clean-up time
- One hour program - including walk, games, and take home craft
- Additional 1 hour for food and gifts
• MMNC T-shirt for the birthday child
• Free Parking
• Use of tables & chairs
• Trash removal
PARENTS MUST PROVIDE:
• Cake & Food (No refrigeration is available.)
• Beverages (please consider bringing a beverage that will not stain,
such as apple juice.)
• All paper products & flatware (please "Think Green" and bring
reusable or recyclable products.)
• Decorations (helium balloons must be weighted, no confetti, streamers
or silly string, please)
• Table coverings
