• For parks, the owning municipality funds acquisition & capital improvements; maintenance services, program services, and operational supplies are provided by CRPR (with regionally-shared funding determined by the COG Formula).
• Regional facilities (pools, nature center, senior center, leased sites) are capitalized according to the annual "Modified COG Formula."

NOTE: Starting in mid-1988, new parks were added for regional maintenance only if the site was 4 or more acres. Existing parks that were under 4 acres and regionally-maintained were grandfathered.
