Welch Pool "Adult A.M. Aquafit Program"
Wake up at Welch Pool with one of several water workouts. Three workout options for each class are coordinated by
an experienced aquatic coach or instructor:
- Workout Option 1 - An adult swim team style group workout.
- Workout Option 2 - Self-guided lap swimming – use our workout or one of your own.
- Workout Option 3 - Water Walking against the current channel.
Start your day off with CRPR at Welch Pool at 6 AM!

Time: 6:00-7:00 AM
Ages: 18 & older
Fee: $40R/$60N per session (The fees will be reduced by $5 if the registrant has a 2013 Season Pass)
Please Note: No make-ups are available due to inclement weather, the program runs rain or shine / cold or warm; only thunder/lightning cancels workouts. No fees may be pro-rated based on attendance or weather conditions. Aquatic exercise equipment is available for use during class.
