Outdoor Recreational Volleyball
This summer, enjoy the sport of volleyball in a FUN recreational "setting." This coed, noncompetitive program allows the participant to make new friends and benefit from regular exercise, but it does not offer instruction. See details in table below.
Aerobic Workout
This class will expose participants to a variety of aerobic workouts meant to challenge
the cardiovascular system. The aerobic workouts that will be offered in these classes are
Boot Camp, Circuit Training, Kick Boxing and Step Aerobics.

Mind, Body,
Tone
Work your mind and body while toning your muscles with yoga, pilates and body sculpting
in these classes. The body sculpting classes will use hand weights and dyna bands. It is
recommend to bring your own yoga mat to class to be used on top of the thicker mats for sanitary
and safety reasons.

Coed Adult Beginner Tennis Lessons
Learn the basics of this lifetime sport. Participants will learn forehand, backhand, serve,
and volley. In addition, scoring and tennis terminology will be discussed.

Coed Adult Advanced Tennis Lessons
This course is designed for the tennis player who knows the basics. During the lessons, players will work to improve skills, learn lobs, master overheads and improve
strategies.
