KIDVenture & Wee KIDVenture CAMP INFORMATION ONLY!

• Participants who register and pay-in-full at the time of registration for 7 weeks of summer camp,
will receive a $60 discount (KIDVenture) / $21 discount (Wee KIDVenture) at the time of registration. Please note the Camp Refund Policy below with respect to this discount.

• The following payment plan is also available: Payment in full for at least the first two weeks per child is due at the time of registration. Payment deadlines for subsequent weeks are listed below and payments must be made
according to the schedule below. Registrants with an outstanding balance may not participate in the program.

• Transfers from one week to another will only be made if an opening exists and a transfer request is received at the CRPR office at least 3 working days prior to the start of the earliest week. A $5.00 Camp Transfer Fee will be charged (per child) for each session transfer.

GENERAL DAY CAMP REGISTRATION INFORMATION (All camps)

• If you register by mail or drop-box, please fully complete and enclose the form on page 47 with payment. A Registration Receipt will be returned to you which confirms the registration (s) and payment(s).

• If you register by internet, phone or fax (credit cards only), a Registration Receipt will be returned to you by email or postal mail which confirms the registration(s) and payment(s).

• The "Health & Safety Form" will be included with your registration receipt (also available HERE in PDF format). This form provides important safety information about your child for CRPR camp leaders.

• Camp spaces are limited and the camps may fill promptly. Waiting lists will be established for each week after the camps fill. CRPR will contact registrants on the waiting list if/when an opening becomes available.

CAMP INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

• Campers will be placed by CRPR staff into groups according to grade or age.

• Campers must provide their own lunch and drink (no glass bottles).

• SCASD lunches will be available for purchase through the "Lunch Bunch Program" (KIDVenture Camp Only). Call SCASD at 231-5093 for lunch program details & availability.

• KIDVenture & Wetlands campers should bring a snack each day. Refrigeration is not available.

• Since most activities occur out-of-doors, campers are encouraged to wear play clothes and sneakers. KIDVenture will swim Monday, Wednesday & Friday afternoons (including the first day of camp each week), weather-permitting.

• Program content may change due to enrollment and available resources.

• Canoe Camp participants are required to attend a Safety Evaluation and pass a swim safety test.

DAY CAMP REFUND POLICY

• Program fees may not be prorated, refunded or credited based upon attendance.

• If any payment has been made, a request must be provided to CRPR at least 3 working days prior to the week for which you are requesting a refund.

• A $5 processing fee will be charged for each week that is cancelled.

• If the "full-summer" discount was provided for the registration, this amount will be deducted from the refund/credited amount.
