PARKING
COUPON POLICY

During 2002 the COG agreed to continue the Parking Garage coupons for Senior Center participants.
1. The COG authorized
the following procedures to be managed by the Senior Center Supervisor:
- Noontime
meal participants are eligible for up to 2 hours of
free Parking Garage coupons per day. We are unable to provide coupons
to senior center “program” participants (without
participation in the noontime meal).
- Volunteers who
work on special, time-consuming projects (such as leading a program,
special cleaning and craft projects, etc.) will receive coupons
for every hour that they are volunteering at the senior center.
- Noontime
meal participants who also provide volunteer meal-service assistance to
the senior center will be eligible for up to 3 hours of free
Parking Garage coupons per day.
2. The Senior Center receives a yearly allowance of Parking Garage coupons from State College Borough as part of the rental lease for the senior center; the Center purchases additional parking coupons as needed. Each coupon is good for 1 hour of parking in a parking garage. You may use up 3 coupons at one time.
